I just had a very tasty dinner of baked Monkfish, which was followed by a gchat conversation between Apples and myself:

So there you go; according to Oceans Alive, Monkfish is an "eco-worst" when it comes to the types of fish you can eat. 
Goodbye Monkfish, you're so ugly, but you tasted soooooo good.

Agreed. But it tastes soooooo good. Very firm yet tender. You can do a lot with it.
I feel like those fish shouldn't be next to each other, but lined up front to back a la those cartoons illustrating the food chain amongst fish.
Some of the tastiest foods look incredibly nasty. Take my favourite food for instance: guacamole, looks like green diarhea. Sometimes.
