Is this the untimely end of Bananas?
Ok, so I've been sick this week. I'm starting to get better, but my appetite is completely gone.
Even after a six mile run and a half hour at the batting cages, activities that normally end in me eating my weight in whatever I can get my hands on have me resorting to forcing a tofu dog down my gullet.
So please, if you know how to fix this, tell me. I'll be here not eating.

If you were eating less when you were sick or not eating at all, your body might have gone into some kind of fasting mode, so it's basically telling you, go easy on the food so it can continue to convalesce. Don't force yourself to eat, especially don't force yourself to eat heavy foods. It'll disrupt whatever reparations your body is in the process of doing. Also, your stomach could have shrunk a little. It's kind of like if you haven't worked out in a while, you can't just go back into it in the full swing of things, you have to ease back into it.
