Plus Laura's husband (I forget his name) was patient with my broken Italian as I tried practicing with him. Such a friendly place. Georgetown has been DESPERATE for more real corner markets. This corner market is just the thing.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8372209557843463371.post-10930364914476051482008-03-26T21:05:00.000-04:002008-03-26T21:05:00.000-04:00its the Old Griffin Market,Laura is the new owner,...its the Old Griffin Market,Laura is the new owner, being renovated and will be a retail market and deli.NYDeliBethesdahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17012923498894884204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8372209557843463371.post-22524140892038612492008-03-17T13:12:00.000-04:002008-03-17T13:12:00.000-04:00Especially after the departure of Georgetown Bagel...Especially after the departure of Georgetown Bagelry, I think it'll do a bang-up job feeding the masses. Its only real big-name competition will be Booeymonger, which is way the heck up the hill someplace.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
